All orders are welcome but you need to be 18 years or older to order. If you would be younger you need your parents approval.


Shipping adds a cost of 4€ for 1-4 bankdays delivery. 
Shipping adds a cost of 6€ with standard shipping 3-7 bankdays. 

Delivery time counts after the package is shipped from the warehouse. All deliveries will be traceable (but the tracking can work bad outisde Sweden).
Products only get shipped from the warehouse mon-fri and not during weekends.
If you can’t find your country at the checkout we are sorry to say that we aren’t shipping there yet.

Order confirmation

A order confirmation will automatically get sent to the email that you stated at the time of purchase. 

Returning a faulty or incorrect item?

If anything would be wrong with the order you are welcome to contact customer service and we will help you further. 

The item is NOT falty or incorrect if anything happening after washing it in the wrong temperature. Follow the instructions on the item.

Returning an unwanted item?

The Consumer Contracts Act gives you the right to return your order in 14 days. You as a customer pay for the return cost. 
If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of receiving it, we’ll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method (not the shipping). Please contact Help@esszz.com before returning.
We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage if anything would happen.

Original condition

Of course, it’s fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don’t actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags. If the tag would be off it won’t count as original condition and the refund won’t be possible. 

Want to exchange an item?

We don’t offer exchanges on orders- if you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
